A major restoration and extension of a large Victorian house built in 1872 in the conservation area of Hampstead Heath. The scheme was to create a modern six bedroom family home along with a number of outbuildings including a new pavilion, entertaining space, a gatehouse and cottage providing additional guest accommodation. The scheme includes a substantial new build extension, a modern replacement of what was once the walled garden and glass conservatory.
